How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through secure checkout. Payment is processed at checkout and you'll receive an order confirmation by email right away.

How are orders packaged?

Ceramics are fragile, so we hand-pack every order with plenty of protection — at no extra cost to you. Your pieces are wrapped to travel safely and arrive ready to use.

How long does shipping take?

In-stock pieces ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order items are thrown and fired specially for you and take about 2–3 weeks. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes — all of our glazed pieces are food-safe and made for everyday use, including the dishwasher and microwave. Many of our bowls and bakers are oven-safe too. To keep the glazes looking their best for years, we still recommend gentle handwashing when you can and avoiding sudden temperature changes.

Why does each piece look a little different?

Because every piece is genuinely handmade. Small variations in size, shape, glaze tone and surface texture are natural — they're the signature of wheel-thrown ceramics and mean your piece is truly one of a kind.

How should I care for my ceramics?

Handwash with a mild soap to preserve the glaze, let pieces cool before washing, and avoid moving them straight from the freezer to a hot oven. With a little care, handmade stoneware only gets more beautiful with use.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If something isn't right, you can return or exchange unused pieces within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days and we'll make it right.
